About Sophie
What is your favourite part of your role?
No day is the same and I like it that way! I consistently get to develop different skills every day and learn new processes, which keeps me on my toes and challenges me.
What do you like most about working for Simplicity Legal?
Everyone is always willing to help one another; there is definitely a strong sense of teamwork within the firm.
What skills do you find most useful in your role?
Good communication, preparation and time keeping are essential to keep on top of tasks and to make sure you can say yes to as many opportunities as possible.
What is your proudest achievement?
Definitely graduating from the University of Glasgow with a 2:1, being the first in my family to attend university, and having the most amazing support network around me.
Outside of work
I enjoy going on runs three or four times a week; it helps to clear my head and keep me active! Although, I also love cosying up in bed with a cuppa and a good book.
I love Croatia, specifically Split, for the pretty beaches and good food! A little closer to home my favourite place is Portpatrick, as I went there with my grandparents as a child.
How her colleagues describe her
Diligent and efficient.
