How did you end up in this role? Fun fact:- I was one of Complete Clarity’s first ever Trainee Solicitors back in 2016. I left the firm in 2019 to specialise in Residential Conveyancing, where I spent a number of years with a well established firm in Renfrewshire. I re-joined Complete Clarity as Head of Residential Conveyancing in May 2026, in what felt very much like a full-circle moment.

What do you love most about your job? I love working closely with my clients and helping them navigate what can often be a stressful time. A huge part of my role is problem solving, working with colleagues to overcome challenges in the best interests of our clients.

About Kirsty: I joined the firm as Head of Residential Conveyancing, having been a qualified Solicitor since 2018 and practicing predominantly in Residential Conveyancing since then. I help clients with Sales, Purchases, Transfers of Title, Re-mortgages and Discharges following repayment of their mortgage. I knew from an early stage in my career that I wanted to specialise in Residential Conveyancing as I have a keen eye for detail and I love the fast-paced, people-centred work. My clients have described me as being “efficient, proactive and supportive” and I pride myself on my down-to-earth, approachable manner.
