Position: Associate/Senior Solicitor
Salary: Negotiable, + Car, + Bonus + Pension + Extended Holidays.
Full Time Role based in Glasgow.
Clarity Simplicity Ltd is a young but growing supplier of civil law legal services, currently based from our three offices in Glasgow. We have an exciting opportunity which is very much part of our continued growth plans.
You will be an experienced Civil Court Solicitor who has dealt with a broad range of Civil Litigation matters to include Business to Business Disputes, Private Disputes, Family Disputes etc. Your PQE is not an essential element however your Advocacy skills will include Debates, Proofs and Written Pleadings. You’ll be a highly organised and time managed individual who thrives in a pressured environment. Being commercially focussed is not essential but is preferred. You’ll be able to deal with client from the start and be able to run a case with precision and proactivity, but always as part of a team. You’ll have a desire to be ambitious and want to be part of this business now and well into the future.
