What do you like most about working for Simplicity Legal?

I like the people. It’s a very supportive environment to work in where there are always people willing to assist if needed. It’s a culture that you feel immediately.

What skills do you find most useful in doing your role?

Probably the fact that I am adaptable and can apply myself to most tasks.

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?

I don’t think I have a favourite place. I’ve had great holidays in places I would return to but equally, I like to try different places and still have lots on my list. Maybe I just haven’t found my favourite yet but generally, my criteria is hot and sunny!

What is your proudest achievement?

Apart from my kids who have grown up to be really good people, my other proudest achievement is Climbing Mount Fuji! (which I did twice – but that is apparently less impressive as there is a saying in Japan which is something like “a wise man will climb Fuji-san once but only a fool will climb it twice”)

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

I love going to festivals and gigs. I’m a big live music fan. Next one coming up is The Pretenders at the Barrowlands.

How would your team colleagues describe you?

Its early days but at this point I hope they would at least recognise me as a team player.
