What is the favourite part of your role?

Developing the team and putting the foundations in place for a team to prosper.

What do you like most about working for Simplicity Legal?

The people! You can have all the benefits you want, hybrid working, good, pay, sick pay, holidays, pension etc but it’s the people, the team and the shared culture which makes the job satisfying.

What skills do you find most useful in doing your role?

Soft skills to use a generic term. Being able to engage and work with people.

Where is your favourite place to go on holiday?

Aviemore.

What is your proudest achievement?

Family aside, I would say completely changing my career in my early 30’s to study law and begin this career.

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

Exercising, socialising, reading, and most importantly, spending time with my kids.

How would your team colleagues describe you?
